AI agents on your development team: three ways to get it right
Your developers already work with AI agents. Whether that turns into a reliable way of working depends on the rules in your repository, how requirements are cut, your review process — and on everyone on the team working the same way. That is what we work on with you, on your code. Fixed prices, fixed scope, no haggling over person-days.

The workshops
All workshops are held remotely. Before each session, the agenda is tailored to your stack, your codebase and your open questions.
Kickstart workshop 6 hours
- How coding agents work: the role context plays, what the tooling landscape looks like, where the limits are
- A status assessment of your team along six dimensions, open and without judgement
- Prioritization: which tasks from your day-to-day are worth starting with, and which you had better leave
AI-Assisted Development 6 hours
- Context engineering on your real repository: rule files, directory structure, reading order for the agent
- Developing rules together: conventions, explicitly forbidden changes, review gates
- Work on real tasks from your backlog, from a bugfix to refactoring a legacy module
AI-Assisted Requirement Engineering 4 hours
- From idea to agent-ready specification: level of detail, scoping, testable acceptance criteria
- Making existing artifacts usable: tickets, wiki and legacy documentation as workable context
- The interplay of product owner and team: who writes what, and where the agent helps
AI-Assisted Quality Engineering 4 hours
- Reviewing agent-generated code: what to look for and what can be checked automatically
- Testing with agents: closing coverage gaps, generating test data, drawing boundaries
- Safeguards in the pipeline: checks and gates that enforce your rules automatically
Executive workshop 4 hours
- A briefing in leadership language: what agents deliver in your development organization and what they do not
- Governance and compliance: data protection, handling generated code, approval and exception processes, regulatory obligations
- Steering: cost model, rollout roadmap across teams, decision points and the internal capacity you will need
Multiplier workshop 4 hours
- Your champions run the foundational module themselves from then on: structure, exercises, typical pitfalls
- Evolving the rulebook: who changes what, how decisions are made, at what rhythm it is reviewed
- Dealing with resistance: the most common objections in the team and how to respond to them
The documents
Four documents that build on each other. Each emerges from the workshops and from working on your code — none is a template with a swapped logo.
Status Quo & 30-Day Plan
A maturity profile of your team along six dimensions. Tool recommendations for your stack, each with reasoning. Five concrete steps for the next 30 days with named owners. The most promising use cases from your day-to-day work, and three anti-patterns you can spare yourselves.
What for: the basis for the internal conversation when budget needs to be requested.
Agent rulebook
Versioned files in your repository, not a PDF: project context, architecture decisions and their rationale, conventions, explicitly forbidden changes, context structure, reusable task templates and review gates. We deliver the first version as a pull request and keep it up to date together with you over the term, as practice shows what is missing.
What for: the artifact that has an immediate effect in daily work and grows over the term.
AI Engineering Playbook
The binding way of working across the whole chain: when an agent is used and when not, how your definition of done changes, how requirements are cut so an agent can work with them, which review standard applies to generated code, what to do when things fail. Plus a chapter new team members read in their first week.
What for: the document your way of working is captured in, even if two people leave the team.
Management briefing & multiplier handbook
Part 1 for leadership: a briefing in leadership language, a cost model per developer extrapolated to the organization, a rollout roadmap with milestones and decision points, a risk overview with countermeasures. Part 2 for your champions: a slide deck and trainer guide for running sessions yourselves including exercises, an onboarding flow for new teams, a process for evolving the rulebook and talking points for the most common objections.
What for: so leadership can steer along and you keep developing the way of working yourselves afterwards.

Three things that make the difference
Risk-free start
Book a larger package within 6 weeks of the Kickstart workshop and we credit the full €1,000. You can start small without losing money.
What lasts lives in the repository
From Blueprint onwards, the agent rulebook is built on your real repository and evolved together with you over the term. It lives where you work every day.
Capability built in-house
In Scale we train two to four of your people as multipliers and hand them the materials to run trainings themselves and keep evolving the rulebook.
