What you should know about working with us
What distinguishes you from other agencies?
We are software developers with AI expertise, not just consultants. With other agencies it typically goes like this: They create a concept, then you have to find developers yourself, hire an integrator and later find a support partner. With us you get everything from a single source. We guide you from requirements to production and beyond. We develop, deploy and maintain your solution long-term.
Which AI technologies do you use?
We primarily work with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and rely on our own AI platform Vectense. This allows us to make your company data intelligently usable without sensitive information flowing into public AI models. Vectense combines modern language models with your own knowledge base and integrates seamlessly into your existing IT landscape. Depending on requirements, we also work with established AI providers or open-source models, always with a focus on data protection and GDPR compliance.
How long does such a project take?
The duration depends on complexity and scope. We can usually realize a first functional prototype or MVP in four to six weeks. Standard applications typically require two to three months, more complex software projects four to six months or longer. We deliberately start with an MVP, collect real user feedback and then develop step by step. This agile approach with regular releases ensures that you see results early and we take the right direction together.
What about data protection and GDPR?
GDPR compliance is standard with us, not optional. We develop in Germany and host on German servers or directly on-premise at your location. All security best practices such as encryption, access control and regular audits are a matter of course. Particularly important: Your data will never be used for training AI models. The data processing agreement (DPA) is a standard component of every collaboration with us. We think about security from the beginning, not just afterwards.
Do we need our own IT department?
No, that's not required. We take over the complete development and operation of your solution. If you already have an IT department, we're happy to involve them, but it's not a prerequisite. We take care of all aspects: from development to deployment and hosting to ongoing maintenance. You can focus completely on your core business.
Will we then be dependent on you?
No, we deliberately avoid dependency. With our solutions based on Vectense, the configurations can be fully customized and adapted by you or another service provider. Our goal is a long-term partnership on equal footing, not a one-sided dependency.
